Miles City Hotel & Suites

I really like the little things they do. They had shoe wipes, it was snowy/muddy. They have complementary soup when you check in. Also, you get a goody bag of snacks when you check out.

Wow! Very clean and friendly. Great beds. Hot soup on when you arrive. Snacks left at your door. A beautiful breakfast. Decent price. What is this place??

The staff make this place...friendly, and excellent food. The hotel is older but the room was clean and comfortable! The pillows were GREAT! They made soup for the guests after 5-which was great. And it was the best free breakfast this road warrior has had at a hotel! (Fresh made red velvet waffle with fresh berries-a also tried a taste of the egg,suasage, cheese,potato casserole-made with real ingredients not that fake eggs and cheese you usually get for breakfast)

The rooms are huge, well appointed, impeccably clean, and super convenient. There are high quality glycerin soaps, a mini fridge, microwave, and even coffee maker. The beds were super comfy and I slept incredibly well because there weren’t many odd lights in the room or loud noises disrupting my sleep. If you are passing through miles city, this is a GREAT place to stop - it's quiet, safe, and independently owned by a very service oriented team. They even have an indoor pool/hottub to enjoy. I found a thank you snack tote at my door - which was a lovely touch as well. The service, amenities and comfort was excellent! Oh and there is a terrific BBQ/bar just across the parking lot with amazing steaks.

Great stay for a work trip. Hotel was lovely and staff are big supporters of their local community!

Miles City doesn’t have some of the bigger hotel chains like some bigger cities in MT do so I gave this place a shot. I am pretty impressed by the staff and cleanliness of the hotel. It’s not fancy but the folks here are really kind and helpful. Feels kinda like staying at a friends or relatives house. Very clean and they even have a clean indoor pool and hot tub. Great breakfast!

This is probably my most favorite hotel experience. The staff were all incredibly nice. In the hall they have the pictures of every employee and you kinda get the feeling that they have a family type environment. Breakfast was hands down the best hotel breakfast i've ever had, it was like grandma got up at 4:00 a.m and started cooking! If you need to stay overnight in Miles City, this is the place to do it! Oh, and there we gift bags with goodies hanging on the room doors in the mornings.

We do long family road trips every year. This was the longest one drive we have had. After 19.5 hours in the car, we pulled into Miles City Hotel and Suites. When we walked into the lobby we were instantly impressed. It was clean, quiet and the front desk staff was friendly. They quickly checked us in and directed us to park closer to the other end of the lot because it was closer to our room. When we entered that door, there was a luggage rack in the entrance (awesome!). Right around the corner when we walked in was our room. Given the hotels proximity to the highway and how close our room was to an outdoor entrance, there was a concern for how much noise. I can honestly say its one of THE quietest rooms we have stayed in. The room was big and comfy. The pool and hot tub were a welcomed treat after a long drive and the breakfast, while buffet style, was home made AND served to order. The assortment of drinks, food and treats was a great way to kick off the next leg of our trip. We will absolutely stay here again!
